The room booking application isn't needed anymore. Please follow the process descripted in this document .

Rooms of the AStA

The AStA can also provide you with its own rooms for your meetings. Room bookings for rooms 117 and 119 are NOT made via the room booking application, but via the following online form.

Room 119

Room 119 ("altes Skriptenbüro") in Kirchnerstraße 5, UG is open to all students. All recognised groups can obtain a key for the room upon request.

Room 117

If room 119 is occupied or you need a room with a beamer, you can also use the AStA meeting room. You can get the key for this by arrangement from the administration in the lecture notes office.
