Structured, focused, committed

To ensure that individual tasks are handled in a more structured and goal-oriented manner, certain subject areas are assigned to an AStA committee. Each committee focuses specifically on a particular subject area and reports to the AStA on its work.

The AStA departments are determined during the inaugural meeting at the start of the semester. It is not only elected AStA members who can become department heads; any student can get involved and take an active role in a department. New departments are established as needed.
