Here you can find all information about the assignment procedure.
On xx/xx/xxxx, the first assignment round begins, giving all other student groups the chance to secure a TMS time slot!
The student councils and the cultural group each have the right of first refusal for one time slot.
On xx/xx/xxxx, there will be a second assignment round, during which everyone will again have the chance to secure one of the remaining Thursday time slots for a second event.
Allocation begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the same day.
It’s first come, first served!
Requests received before the specified dates will not be considered!!!
As in previous semesters, the Student Council traditionally hosts the first Thursday TMS of the semester. This year, it will take place on xx/xx/xxxx.
(To use the tent/pavilion, participation in the tent-setup workshop is required; this will take place on xx/xx/xxxx at 5:00 p.m. Each group should designate at least one person to attend.)
