Your student group - your TMS
Here you can find all information about the assignment procedure.
On 23/09/2026, the first assignment round begins, giving all other student groups the chance to secure a TMS time slot!
The student councils and the cultural group each have the right of first refusal for one time slot.
On 28/09/2026, there will be a second assignment round, during which everyone will again have the chance to secure one of the remaining Thursday time slots for a second event.
Allocation begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the same day.
It’s first come, first served!
Requests received before the specified dates will not be considered!!!
As in previous semesters, the Student Council traditionally hosts the first Thursday TMS of the semester. This year, it will take place on 15/10/2026.
Participation in the relevant training sessions is mandatory for using the tent/pavilion and the new cleaning equipment; these sessions will be held on 15/10/2026, starting at 5:00 PM.
Each group must designate at least one representative to attend these sessions.
