To submit a room booking request, please follow the procedure described in this document.

Room 119 (located in the basement at Kirchnerstraße 5) is open to all students. Recognized groups can obtain a key for the room upon request. You can find the room usage regulations here.

If you wish to book the room, please click here.
You will find the Room 119 booking tool in our ILIAS folder. You can use it to book the room. Click on "Actions" on the right-hand side; a tab will open where you can select "Book." A calendar view will appear, allowing you to select your desired time slots and confirm by clicking "Make booking" at the bottom right.

This funding application is intended for student representative bodies and student groups.

As the applicant, you must be personally present at the AStA meeting to present the application. If it is not presented, the vote will take place without the committee being fully informed about the details.

Original receipts are required for settlement, as are three price quotes for costs exceeding €150. Please send your complete funding applications to asta@uni-hohenheim.de at least 48 hours prior to the next AStA meeting (held on Wednesdays).
